Prices 2024/25

With us you always get the best price, ask for your individual offer.

Prices are per night and suite for 2 people and a minimum stay of 7 nights in the high travel season.

In the high season from June to September, the apartments are rented out from a weekly basis, with departure and arrival days on sutradays.

The price includes: Accommodation, heating, cooling, water, electricity, towels, tea towels, bed linen, final cleaning, all fees (except local tax).

We ask our guests to bring their own towels for the swimming pool.

• Quiet location in the middle of vineyards

To be offset separately:

• Local tax 2 € per person/day
• Garage parking space (subjected to availability)
• Farm products and washing facilities

Important Information:

• The local tax is € 2 per person/day and will be shown separately with the bill on departure.
• The booking is valid after the transfer of a deposit and the transmission of the reservation and booking confirmation on our part.
• Arrival and departure: The suites are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to hand over the suites by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Non-smoking apartments.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:

• In case of cancellation by the guest up to 90 days before the agreed date of arrival, the deposit will be retaine
• Within the last 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
• In case of non-acceptance of the booked suite without cancellation (“no show”), late arrival or early departure of the guest, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.
