Apartments
The suites are designed for a maximum of 2 pax. each.
In the modern suites with panoramic views, you live in a modern setting with furniture made to measure from natural wood by a carpenter. The oiled wooden floors radiate coziness and the high-quality beds guarantee best sleeping comfort.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV with satellite, W-LAN, a safe, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and clothes stand. The glazed bathrooms are spacious and equipped with floor-level showers, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
Each suite has a very large, furnished panoramic terrace and an additional furnished balcony (Apartment Bletterbach and Apartment Kalterer See).
Dogs are not allowed. We have paid attention to allergy-friendly furnishings.

From the furnished balcony of the “Bletterbach” suite you have a magnificent view of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site Dolomites Bletterbach and Lake Kaltern. You can see the Kastelaz hill with the small, fairytale-like St. Jacob’s church and our newly built saltwater pool from the spacious south-facing panoramic terrace.

From the south-facing 17 m² furnished panoramic terrace you have a wonderful view of the Kastelaz hill with the small, fairytale-like St. Jacob’s church, the vineyards of Tramin and our newly built saltwater swimming pool. You can admire the Roen – Tramin’s local mountain – from the additional balcony.
